So, I've never been one to say lolpup or loldrg (unless I'm leveling drg :P) I've never invited a pup simply cause I was I had no clue what pup was and where to put them in a pt. A few nights ago me and my wife were building a pt, me on PLD and her on RDM. Found a WHM, SAM and WAR. was looking around and the only thing left with seek up was another SAM and a PUP. So i sent a tell to the pup asking them to join. I figured we were set on enhancing/healing and damage so this would be a good chance to check out what pup can do.

OMG!

So, pup shows up with there auto in RNG attire. They asked what job for their auto. I simply said, "I have no clue what a pup does, so whatever works best for you."

I'm really glad I grabbed the pup for two reasons. 1) they were incredibly nice. and 2) We lucked out and got a pup that understood his job very well. (which is good, cause I didn't lol)

The pup was easily out-DDing the SAM and WAR. The Auto itself was putting out close to RNG numbers. Adding in the pup's WS's and I'm sure it was about even to a RNG w/o Barrage.

PT went on for a long while and everyone got enough levels to get out of Adyeewa.

Next evening the pup was soloing on VT lesser colibris with seek up. Yes soloing VTs. So me and my wife went out to trio cause no one was responding to tells. PUP had WHM auto out. PUP was level 60 at the time, we were 61 and 62. So exp dropped off a bit for the pup, but were were chaining to 5 and just messing around. Then we got aggro from a fomor. And the oddest thing happened.

I got regen II cast on me.

My wife had only regen. then Cure V lands on me...

o.O The auto then erased the drown I had on me from the fomor.

I'm sold. PUP is awesome.

Finished off the night doing the PUP AF head piece fight.
